OUR PROCESS
DEFINITIVE APPROACH
When you want an image for your final design.
When you have all the details and know the exact type of rendering you want.
EXAMPLE: a 3D floor plan for your Airbnb listing.
DYNAMIC APPROACH
When you are designing one step at a time.
When you want multiple options or a conceptual progression of renderings for your final design.
EXAMPLE: A rendering for your client’s kitchen remodel that will be changing as it is being designed.
THE PROJECT PROCESS
Refer to our “how to get started” guide and send us the information about your project, including any timelines you may have.
Once we review your project request, a proposal will be sent to you via email. If you are ready to proceed, sign off on the proposal. A deposit will be required prior to starting the project.
We will then begin building the space in our 3D software, adding materials, lighting, etc. followed by post production in Photoshop.
4. FOR OUR DIFINITIVE APPROACH:
A watermarked version of the rendering will then be sent to you via email for you to review. If you are satisfied with the result, the final payment will then be due, and an invoice will be sent via email. Once this is paid, the watermark will be removed, and the final rendering will be sent to you via email.
4. FOR OUR DYNAMIC APPROACH:
A watermarked version of the rendering will then be sent to you via email for you to review. If you would like to see more options or revise the image, this will then begin a back-and-forth discussion with us until you are satisfied with your renderings. Then the final payment will be due, and an invoice will be sent to you via email. Once this is paid, the watermark will be removed, and the final rendering will be sent to you via email.
