WHY DO RENDERINGS COST WHAT THEY DO?

Multiple factors affect the price of a rendering, such as the labor costs of the project manager, 3D artist, and the post production/photoshop artist. Additionally, there are multiple time-consuming steps in producing a high-quality rendering. These include:

  1. Understanding the client’s vision and architectural plans.

  2. Using 3D software to create the model.

  3. Incorporating and building furniture specs.

  4. Adding and creating realistic materials to the model.

  5. Setting up the lighting.

  6. Finalizing the rendering (post-production) in Photoshop.

TIPS FOR REDUCING RENDERING COSTS

  • Provide all of your information up front. This allows questions to be answered immediately and the project to begin as soon as possible.

  • Present accurate information. This saves time by reducing unnecessary revisions.

  • Have an open line of communication with us. We want to create accurate renderings and cannot do so without your timely input. We appreciate you contacting us along the way with any questions or comments.

  • Know the level of detail you want. Determine whether you want a quick conceptual sketch or a highly realistic rendering ahead of time in order to be charged for only what you need.

  • Supply as much information as possible. Knowing the exact materials, furniture, light fixtures, flooring, wall colors, etc. that you want will allow us to more quickly and efficiently build your renderings.

  • Inform us of your expectations. Do you have a deadline you are trying to meet? Do you want a rendering video or a simple floor plan? Let us know what you are thinking so that we can meet your expectations.
